Who am I? 

I'm a spiritual being having a physical experience.  I'm also a widow, mother, grandmother...  retired accountant, teacher, healer...  and author of "The Guide to SMART  Thinking", subtitled "How to Develop the Mindset and Skills for Everyday Problem Solving".

"I've always been interested in early education, influenced no doubt by my own positive experiences.  This is partly as a result of a love of reading nurtured and encouraged by my mom Vicencia, a prolific reader.  From my dad Basilio I inherited the enjoyment of puzzles, games and Portuguese history (including the intricacies of our family tree - I'm my own second cousin once removed, and I have a computer printout to prove it!).  Finally, my passion for teaching and bringing about informed enlightenment I learnt from my husband Ted."

My life purpose?  To use my curiosity, sense of fun and adventurous spirit to help and motivate others to reach their potential and be joyful.

For me it's all about energy...

I make water fountains because I love playing with water but also because the flowing water releases negative ions and creates a positive energy flow.

I'm a Jikiden Reiki practitioner who used EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) as a healing tool to unblock areas of entrapped negative emotions and restore balance to the subtle energy system.  Recently, though, my focus changed to the Domancic Method of bioenergy healing.  Please refer to my healing page on this website for more information.

And now I surround myself with orgonite, that magickal substance that transmutes energy and enables life to thrive as it was intended.

How I found orgonite... or did orgonite find me?

A few years back I was a consultant for an international company, a distributor of various excellent products that counteract the energy-depleting effects of electromagnetic radiation.  I kept up to date with the findings of research scientists (those who were not beholden to the wireless industry, that is) and was focused on spreading the word about how to mitigate the health hazards of electropollution.  Unfortunately the company pulled out of South Africa.

And so I Googled for an alternative and found...  ta da...  orgonite!

It is said that when one door closes, another opens.  Orgonite is the door that opened.  A door that has led to a whole new world for me of making and gifting orgonite.

I think I've become addicted to orgonite.  I love working on the pieces, being surrounded by the stuff, planning new items.  I also love talking to people about its awesome properties.

And it's humbling yet gratifying that my orgonite creations have gone to so many parts of the world - the States, Japan, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Barbados, Portugal, Australia, Mexico, Britain, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, Thailand, Singapore, the Isle of Man, Romania, Hungary, Uganda and of course, South Africa - and are working continuously to restore energetic balance and bring about healing.
